None of the cups cause endometriosis. That is a rather "not so old" wives tale.

Secondly. . .the Instead specifically, can be left in for up to 12 hours, not eight.

And lastly. . .I've never had to "fish" for anything. You put your finger in, maybe up to the first knuckle and there's the rim (Instead) or the stem (Luna). You don't actually have to reach all the way up to your cervix.
