Nicole, you're responding with anger again. We are all trying to help you here. Please let us try to help you without getting snapped at.
One way is to talk about the feelings that are causing you to want to si. Another way is to write about your feelings. You could also try distracting yourself. Watch a movie, read a book if you can concentrate enough. Draw a picture. Eat some icecream. Go for a walk. Call a crisis hotline. There are some ideas.
Maybe you could go inside and ask someone inside to take over for a while and someone else to talk to you? (I don't remember if you can talk to everyone inside yet or not)
