Yes, lavender oil amongst a few others are used to help with anxiety - I use essential oils a lot, I trust tgem more than prescriptions

. I also use lavender for headaches and to help me sleep, amongst a few other things. I am glad you enjoy it as much as I do!

I use other oils for my other diagnoses.
