hi. dont be to nervous about your day with bankrupsty(not sure on spelling) myself and husband went through this in june of 2007. there will be some talking with the people representing you and a judge. he or she will make a desicion on what to do. in our case we got a conditional discharge and we have to pay $800.00 at income tax time. and the good thing is you dont owe anone anything. i hope this kind of helps you relax everything will be fine..please let me know what goes on.
