Despite what seems like "LOTS" of fluid, you really only loose about a tablespoonfull of blood with each tampon/pad. So. . .the cups aren't "FULL" by any means.

Relax. Nobody says you HAVE to try it. I was just making the point that there are OTHER alternatives out there. Each woman is unique. Trying something new is how we discovered the tampon.. .so it might be worth it to try a cup. ::: shrugs ::: It's up to you.
