I never know quite what I'm doing for Thanksgiving until Thanksgiving. This year it's going to be difficult because I have to puree everything that isn't already soft to eat. Not easy going to someone's house & bringing my ninja food processor with me. I do fine enjoying Thanksgiving at home alone also......I'm always flexible for whatever it turns out to be & I never plan what I'm going to cook until that day if I am home alone because I always change what I'm feeling like eating.
