I'm quite nervous. I'm hosting Thanksgiving this year and my mom is coming over. I plan on making this
Thanksgiving in a slow cooker with a few changes since I hate brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. I also have to find a flour alternative and some gluten free bread for the stuffing. I know it's just me, my husband, and my mom, but I still feel a bit nervous. I'm new to cooking and not all of my stuff comes out right.

I told my mom to make a pie, so she's going to make a crustless pie, since I'm gluten free. I really do hate being gluten free, but it has really helped my mood and intestines.
I'm going to do a challenge up until then, and clean for 15 mins every day before Thanksgiving, since the house is a mess. I really need to clean off the table, so we have somewhere to eat. I also need to clean the kitchen, so it looks presentable.
Anyone have any tips about hosting your first thanksgiving?
Thanks!
