I am so sorry. Maybe the vitamin D pills will work well for you? Anyways, I am going to buy some to help me. I bought some light bulbs that are considered sunlight colour. They aren't sun boxes or sunlight lamps or sun lamps, but they are considered the same colour as the sun. I got 3 of them for $12 American. They are really bright. You can switch that light bulb into a lamp or something? Hope you feel better
