Hello all,
I went to my p-doc complaining of inattention to details, and she wrote me a prescription for 5 mg instant release methylphenidate. You see, the issue is that my mother does not agree with this. She believes that ADD/ADHD is not a real issue, and that it is simply "of the age". For you see, she has hidden the prescription, and says she won't allow me to fill it.
Suggestions? I am too afraid to confront her about it since last time we had a discussion about mental health, we stopped talking for nearly a month.
