Good day Community, first and foremost my deepest thoughts and prayers to the people of Paris,France

, I am overwhelmed and have exhausted myself with DBT skill usage to try to regulate my emotions in the past 48hrs seeing as how I have an issue with catastrophizing thoughts on a daily basis anyway, i'm doing a lot of distracting and self care but, felt the need to reach out to the Community to see if maybe there were other suggestions that might help calm my brain
