probably best for them to get employment help from a disability employment center. there are jobs they can do, but the truth is, employers have biases and judgments and are not likely to hire people like that. i am not saying it is fair or right, but it is true.

i am not sure i can ever work again, even if i get to a place where i can actually work...

but agencies know about what to do. and, yes, you cant fix it.
