Hello. I do have some apps downloaded on my iPad to help with anxiety. It is there mainly if I get a panic attack in school, because I have an IEP and am allowed to take notes (and do work) on my iPad. The apps that I have that are pretty helpful are Mindshift. It's pretty great. There are seven things they help with. It's only for anxiety though. I don't have any apps for depression. The app gives techniques to help you cope with anxiety. The other app I have is called Breathe apparently. I forget the real name. It's just this creature and he is breathing and you are to follow this breathing patterns. He makes different faces and there is music to help you relax in the background. I also have an app to track my mood and how I feel. I am monitoring that. Anyways, hope this helps . If you want more information from me about these apps, just say something to me .
