I work with food and I have been working on exercising complete control while on the clock. I have access to free food so it can be challenging.

My Monday goals are as follows:
1. No cookies
2. No chips

I fool myself sometimes because they're such "small" (snack), but that 10 minutes of munching is definitely not worth those 300 calories!
