Sounds to me like she may not even have a license....& is afraid of getting caught for practicing as a licensed beautitian. She may have had complaints against her or a law suit against her.....so she is practicing out of sight.

I would have been really worried if part of the requirements was to be blindfolded on the drive there too.....lol. Honestly, if I didn't know more about the person....I wouldn't let anyone like that touch my naturally curly hair. Just don't show up....& tell her, you tried to get in touch with her to tell her, but couldn't.....so what? You will find someone else that can handle the naturally wavy hair. Don't sweat it, but it would be interesting to find out the truth about why she is doing business that way.

You can find the list of licensed people on the internet.....not sure how to find that out where you are, but check her out on the internet.....you might find out something about the person....that is if you even know her name. Without knowing more, I wouldn't even get involved in a situation like that......just don't show up.
