Hi. I would try a different residential facility. Instead of moving out of state and the whole nine yards, it would make more sense to try another facility to compliment the one you just left. Sounds to me that you got a lot of work done, but need a little more work with a therapist on being grounded, safe and cognitive. You need a support group and peer support to go to as a halfway transistion instead of just leaving and being all alone. I compare that to going to an alcohol treatment facility, learning wonderful stuff then getting out and not going to meetings. You cannot do it on your own. You need a support group around you to help you in your daily life. I would look into that first thing. Perhaps that is all you need right now then another residential facility.
