I have not slept at all tonight. I worked on a difficult letter and had a more difficult therapy session today and I guess it was too much for me. I took a PRN but it didn't help.
So now all i want to do is sleep, 24/7 and I'm wide awake all night.
(This may also be because I did some Christmas shopping and I'm sure got overstimulated doing that).
Sometimes it seems like it will never be easy.
