I know when I was working I was easily paying thousands of dollars out per year and then getting a huge tax refund. Now it's different as I get my expensive meds through patient assistance programs (so free) and my generics are mostly free or cost $3.

It does amaze me every time I get a bottle of Seroquel and know that the contents are worth more than $10,000 if I were paying out of pocket. The unopened bottle in my drawer is worth more than anything else I own.

It's very expensive to have the pleasure of this illness.
