Anticipated Pleasure (0-100) ------- Activity -------- Actual Pleasure (0-100)
ex. 10 --------- walk ---------- 80
ex. 50 -------- shop ---------- 10
ex. 10 -------walk to shop --80
What had you expected? Why? What fell short of expectations? Were those things controllable? What was better than expected? Could those things be utilized in the disappointing activities?
ex. (above) walking turned out better than I had expected. Shopping was crap. I tried walking to the shop and it was a real improvement.
