Same for me. They send a one or two page form to fill out ever so often but beyond that nothing. Never had to reprove anything. I've also attempted many times to go back to work. Those attempts and the doctor appointments, surgeries they have access to since my bills are though Medicare and I file W2 forms, so they don't bother me about it all. My disability was granted in '98.
