Still kinda disconnected but more of a weariness than the disassociated zombie state I've been in for a few weeks. Have enough focus to read the lighthearted easy breezy type books. So turned off my constant companion the tv. All snuggled under a blanket with a cupo chocolate and music. Listening to My renaissance, Irish and New Age music. The new agey and some of the Irish is sad and laminating more of a match but I find Renaissance and some Irish uplifting...hoping it works! In all I'm content today. I hope I can keep climbing up.
