I get as little as 2-4 hours of sleep per night,

It's rare if i get REM sleep, mainly sleep in the morning 5-7
Awake at 11:00PM-1:00AM
When i explain to my parents, they say "Shut up", "You were just sleeping"
"You don't get any sleep? Yeah right."
I sleep peacefully in 2-4 hours
But if i am excited, stressed, sad, or cheerful at night, i sleep less
Any ways to go to sleep faster/MOREEE?
No " home remedies", or medicine, like i said, my parents don't even care, when i got to my next DR. appointment , i may have to tell her as well.
