I've been getting paranoid for 3 months now. I sometimes think people are going to hurt me or I just simply think people around me are going to do something to me. I take 4 mg of risperdal, 120 mg of latuda(I just started this increase from 80 mg) and I take 8 mg of perphenazine. I'm going to get off the perphenazine next week. I'm sick of getting paranoid. I feel like in the future if my paranoia doesn't go away I might kill myself. I can't handle it anymore. It's so stressful. I live worrying daily about getting paranoid then when it happens I get depressed. What medications do you guys take that help with paranoia? That made it completely go away.

I've heard of Zyprexa, can you drive on that or does it make you too tired?
