You have Value Village? Great! That's actually where he got it but I said "Goodwill" because it's a more broadly recognized thrift store name.

If you haven't, get your Vitamin D level checked. A lot of people are seriously deficient. I was last winter. I mean, I barely registered a level it was so low! I was put on a mega-dose that boosted it up to a "normal" level. Now I just take a maintenance dosage.

It bugs the crep out of me that you have to be so cautious revealing things to your parents and your pdoc. Ah the powerlessness of being a teenager! No. Thank. You. So glad that part is DONE in my life.

Nonetheless, it's obvious from your posts across the board that you are extremely intelligent and able to advocate as best as you can for yourself.
