I have an issue. I signed up for new insurance yesterday for it to start in January and my t isn't covered. I've only seen her a couple times. Mainly I wanted to see her to learn DBT. My problem is, should I continue to see her for the rest of the year or just cut it off now? I don't want to get attached. I would like to learn DBT though, so I was thinking maybe going twice a week till the end of the year.

I emailed her to ask her about it and I also emailed my other t to see what she thinks. I plan on seeing my other t once a month starting in January because I'll be able to afford it hopefully, or I might ask for a referral from my GP for a new therapist. I'm not sure what I'm going to do in the new year.
