weekdays i have 5 alarms set. one physical alarm to 3:15am for when i'm trying to do human things like eat breakfast and do things i enjoy. i keep that one as far away from my bed as possible so i have to actually get out of bed to turn it off. then my phone alarms go off at 4:10, 4:30, and 4:45. my emergency alarm goes at 5:30 when i have an hour to get ready for work.
