Hi Calypso-- you say you haven't had any major mood swings in a while. Does this coincide with when you started on the meds you refer to? I haven't had major mood swings since I've been on a mood stabilizer, I think everyone experiences different degrees of mood swings, and from what you say I think maybe your meds are muting yours. I'd definitely talk to my pdoc about it though. Since he or she diagnosed you with bipolar you should definitely talk to him about the mood swings.
