Deferred means that the pdoc hasn't diagnosed you with an Axis II disorder (personality disorder) but he isn't putting "none" for some reason. It could be he doesn't know you very well or he's not sure if you've been diagnosed with one in the past. Could be his default. They've done away with the Axis system now with the DSM-5 and I think ultimately it will be better/easier to understand.

(Not trying to be sexist by defaulting to "him" for pdoc I'm just too lazy to type he/she. Although it probably would've taken less time than typing all this. It's been a long day!)
