I do take non benzo for anxiety that is RX. And I take klonapin as needed as well. But for anxiety and depression, the rest is alternative. There are so many things out there. Depending on what the person needs. I think its great that you will be exploring this.

I hope you get some good relief. You deserve that. Everyone does. Sometimes the most awesome people are the ones with the greatest challenges. Honestly though half the time I reach out, I get "sucker punched". Makes it so I do not reach out.
I understand what you mean about reaching out - and I think that's why a lot of people eventually give up on doing so. I hope you won't give up on it but will continue searching for someone and something that is right for you. There are some natural remedies that do not need to be ingested, perhaps you can look into some of those. I have been using essential oils - those can be inhaled, used topically or ingested depending on the need and the oil - generally there are more than one oil (thus generally more than one method typically as well too) for each need; but there is also things such as accupuncture (which i want to try now), massage, accupressure, and different reiki as well as the use of gemstones - those are a few that i can think of off the top of my head that don't require ingestion and may be worth looking into. I do hope you find something you are comfortable with and that works. I am probably going to move both so I havd more options to better care (the clinic I will try is my only option) and so I can be around people who I feel more comfortable with but at the moment I am having to pay off a couple of loans before I can do so. Maybe relocating would be an option for you as well?
