Those are very specific looks, but I've found 9/10 times it's predictive of someone who is going to snap at me about something I'll find mystifying. My shoes will be tied incorrectly, or I'll be a few minutes too early for an appointment, or maybe I'll have accidentally driven over the planter box they thought would be a good idea for the parking lot. (It wasn't! If there's one thing we don't need when trying to park a Mitsubishi Behemoth it's more random obstacles designed to fit neatly into blind spots!)

I'm not great with older women in roles of any kind of power in general. I tend to bring out the worst in them and vice versa. I find men safer and more predictable in general.

Looks are not predicting. My mom always had very short hair cut she is very pretty and it looks nice on her, she also dyes it reddish burgundy tint. Overall she is a bit fashion forward. She had to go grey now as her oncologist doesn't recommend dying hair during chemo ( she lost some hair but not all). Bet when she is well I bet you she'll go to that hair color again. She never snapped at anyone in her life, lol the most peaceful person ever. Same is my aunt. Everyone loves her, also cuts her hair very short ( different color). You can't really judge people by hair style or color. Many people choose what suits their facial features and complexion. Simple as that
