It's been raining for a week now and earlier in the week it triggered me big time and sent me into several flashbacks but tonight sitting here listening to the rain dance off the roof is soothing to me. I know why rain causes flash backs but it's so mind boggling that at times it can be so soothing. I guess for tonight I feel blessed that it's not triggering me and I can just try to relax and fall asleep.
