Hi doggiedo - Sorry things have been rough lately. It's great you're here though, talking about it, and it sounds like your ready for a change. One place to start might be to speak with your doctor about the changes in your appetite. If all you are craving is chocolate in place of whole, it might be good to rule out any underlying medical conditions. The APA has a resource on talking to your doctor about appetite changes on their website.

Working with a therapist who specializes in eating behavior as well as someone who understands cognitive behavioral therapy could be a big help. They could work with you on better understanding any anxiety, stress or emotions influences the situations and work with you to create new habits.
