If your friend has Asperger's it's difficult to see a personality disorder underneath those symptoms. He's also very young. People don't usually get diagnosed with personality disorders until adulthood.

He appears to have a bad temper, tends to bully and manipulate, and he lies compulsively. He also has a criminal record. He does sound like a sociopath (what in the DSM would be called Antisocial personality disorder). However there can be a lot of overlap between Asperger's and Cluster B personality disorders:
