Is there any way I can start sleeping at night without doing a lot of damage to my organism? Currently, I can't fall asleep before 5-6 AM. I can go to bed at like 1 AM and still fall asleep at 5. If I set my alarm to like 10-12, I wont be able to wake up, and if I do, I will feel like zombie and still not be able to fall asleep before 5 even tho I'm super tired. I want to start going to gym, which I can't because I sleep until 4-6 and I believe that my second onset of anxiety is directly caused by my sleeping patterns as I didn't get any sun time since like May.. I've tried 24 hour no sleep and pretty much everything else but I can't seem to succeed without feeling like brain dead zombie and I can't afford that, I need to stay functional.
Any tips n tricks? Thanks
