That's familiar to me, too.
You didn't get to where you are being lazy, and I suspect true "laziness" is not the problem now. The PTSD and its concomitants may be short-circuiting your abilities to self-motivate. It is also possible a medical issue may be present.
Does your current school offer medical and counselling services? Some school office needs to know about your PTSD diagnosis.
