Hi there. Mrsjoggers had really good points. Have u thought of using coping techniques? Journaling may work for expressing how far you've came. I have BP1. Plus I deal with anxiety a lot. One winter I had SAD real bad so I started a med for that. Last winter my mania kicked in. I wanted to stay up really really late, shop like crazy, I was forgetting to take my meds a few days, people kept telling me I was talking too fast. I was just wanting to go out and get turnt.
