I'm in the same boat. Starting out on RX Lithium & praying for the best.
That's why you do blood work. If it starts to jack up your thyroid or kidneys. You stop.
I have to try something.
I've been on lithium orotate for a few months & can tell it has helped but it is very light compared to Rx lithium.
