As a man, I say that if they won't wear a condom...show 'em the door. Doesn't matter if you are a man or woman, if you have unprotected sex, you need to get tested. For that matter, to protect your partners you would need to get tested after every sexual encounter. Now that sounds rather burdensome, though having STDs or HIV is even more burdensome.

It only makes sense for a man to use a condom to protect his partner from him and protect him from his partner. Unless a couple is and has been monogamous, condoms are always a necessity.
