I am really trying to stay away from the hospital. I think I can handle it but at the same time I am scared of what I will end up after the mania is gone. My pdoc increased my lithium to see if that will help. I also see my therapist Wednesday and I will tell her about it and see how she wants to do with it. She will probably want to up seeing me until my pdoc sees me again. Hopefully all of this will help keep me out of the hospital.
