I've started doing this too: after a too-many-months-long spell of getting hardly any exercise at all, I've started walking, and going a little further each day and walking a little more briskly almost every time as well. I go in the evening, because it's cooler which I like and plus the walk feels a little more comfortably private, a world of my own, once the townsfolk are already nestled snug in their houses. I bring my ipod along so that I can get an hour of music therapy in at the same time. Hopefully before it gets too cool to walk in the evening, which will be soon, I'll be fit enough to work out at the gym without fainting!

Baby steps. But growing towards more.

Like a veil thrown over the skin to secure its modesty, the screen partially removes from the mind the inner states of the body, those that constitute the flow of life as it wanders in the journey of each day.
