The first one I see has almost no ability to remember anything. For that one I only expect her to remember to be at her office for the appointment. I seriously doubt she would remember my name if it was not in her appointment book.
I no longer bother to engage with that one on anything where I would expect memory.

The second one is average. No great shakes, but better than the first.
