After being out of therapy for about 5 months, I decided to make an appointment with a CBT based therapist outside of my pdocs office. Basic therapy didnt seem to be doing much for me, especially with the new guy I was seeing. I've looked into CBT and it seems it can be very helpful for some. I'm always looking for ways to better myself, and hoping cbt may improve my quality of life.
Anyways, did it work? Did you see any significant change? Am I wasting my time?
