Who here is also on Metformin?

I suffer 'Atypical Depression' and went through a horrible bout of it this spring and summer. One of the symptoms is extreme weight gain (5-10% per month). My doctors have placed me on METFORMIN to counteract the weight gain.

I've mentioned it a few times in posts here. It's a diabetic medication but recently has been used off label to manage this kind of significant gain.

The weight stabilized and in recent weeks I have even found I have lost some.
