I am getting CBT and DBT from my t. I used to be really resistant to reframing my thoughts. Now that I am open to it, it's really helpful. I keep all my handouts in a binder so I can go back over them and think of other examples that I can apply the techniques to. It's a life changer if you are stuck in certain patterns but willing to see other points of view.
