I once had a therapist who had a conversation with me about her upcoming vacation and substitute therapist.....for FOUR weeks straight! It wasn't just her telling me "hey, this is when I'll be away!" rather it was a bit more in depth because I explained that I'd be on vacation the same week, wouldn't need to see her fill in, and even told her all about where I was going. After 4 weeks of this I lost a lot of faith in her. Geez! I shouldn't be forced to have the same conversation week after week after week! Suffice to say, I only lasted a few more months with her.
