I make an old lady smile. M-F, my "good morning", smile and finger holding (her hands are contracted) make her entire day. She's overlooked because she's hard to understand. Everyone calls her the pirate because most words sound like "arghhh". This morning, before I said anything, she smiled a huge gummy grin and grumbled " gaarrgghhh moanin". This is why I love my job!
