I have PMDD as well.
Much of my problems came after stopping Suboxone. This is interesting to me because yes, you can have PAWS (Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome) but if you look into the other ingredient in Suboxone, it is Naloxone which is used to treat those who self injure. I tend to wonder if being on the med so long prevented me from doing so.
Thankfully that is in remission.
PMDD is part of my life, but exercise and some weight loss have helped so much.
