Thank you for sharing that i understand why that would be tough, it makes sense in your head and although they may not agree who is to say that you're wrong? I always find that my thoughts make more sense in my head then out loud... I don't even have ADHD so i am sure if your family have done this before that they will understand that everyone's opinions and strategies are different.
