We've talked with the owner of the complex. They say it is partly the residents responsibility. Basically they need to be responsible for what they are putting down the pipes. Management can only do so much, you know?

I will never understand why people put what they do in the plumbing system. Paper, plastic, food. They even found a sock once. All the things that couldn't possibly belong there.

I wish they would just give us a bigger tank, but I have to agree witht he mangement on this one. Too bad they won't evict the residents who keep backing the system up.

Going to get some Rid-X today.
