Definitely sounds like some anxiety or depression. My advice to you would be to put yourself out there - instead of focusing inwardly on your symptoms, reach out. College is a perfect place to join a group, even if you don't know anybody. No one expects you to have a ton of friends. In fact, you don't HAVE to talk to anyone if you don't WANT to. If loneliness and anxiety are causing very significant distress, I would recommend seeing a therapist who can help with these things. I would recommend seeing a medical doctor as well to rule out other conditions that can cause similar symptoms.
Also, feeling "disconnected" or dissociated can be signs of depersonalization or derealization- a fancy term for feelings of disconnect with the outside world and with yourself. I have experienced this before, along with anxiety and depression, and it's not uncommon for anxiety to manifest in this way.
Please take care
