I stopped 200mg/day of Lamogtrigine (sp..?) cold turkey and had no ill effects and no return of symptoms. However, that was me and everyone reacts differently. If you have to go without make sure you carefully monitor your symptoms esp signs of the dreaded rash but most likely you will be fine.
